How do I enrol a new VIP customer?

At the counter, ask the customer if they'd like to join your VIP programme. With their consent, they're enrolled during their purchase — their face and first purchase are saved automatically. From then on they're recognised on every visit.

A VIP walked in but no alert appeared — what should I check?

1) Make sure the branch is set to Active in Settings → Branches. 2) Check the entrance camera has good, even lighting and can see faces clearly. 3) Confirm you're viewing the correct branch in the dashboard filter. If it still doesn't fire, contact support with the branch name and rough time.

How do I add another branch?

As the brand owner, go to Branches → add the branch name, city and address. You'll get a Store ID to use when we install that branch's device. Each branch's staff only see their own branch; you see all of them.

How do I invite my staff?

Owners invite branch heads under Team. Each branch head can then invite their own employees — scoped to their branch only. Invited people sign up with the email you entered and join automatically.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your customer data, and on request we permanently delete your records including face templates. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is my customers' data safe?

Yes. Data is encrypted, isolated per business, and recognition runs on-site. Only enrolled (consenting) customers are stored, and access is controlled by role. See our Privacy Policy.
